TERMS OF SERVICE

By using runobject.com or ordering a RUN OBJECT product, you agree to the terms below. Read them once. They are short on purpose.

01 — THE OBJECT

RUN OBJECT turns your real running data into a physical, made-to-order garment. Each object is produced only after you confirm your artwork and complete checkout. We do not stock inventory.

02 — YOUR RUN DATA

You confirm that the run data you upload belongs to you, or that you have permission to use it. You grant RUN OBJECT a limited license to read, render, and print that data solely to produce your object. We will not publish your route elsewhere without asking.

03 — MADE TO ORDER

• TOTALExpect 2–3 weeks door-to-door

These are estimates, not guarantees. We will email you if anything slips.

04 — RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because every object is printed from your unique run, we cannot resell it. Returns are accepted only when:

• DEFECTPrint flaw, fabric damage, wrong size shipped
• OUR ERRORWrong artwork or wrong color produced
• LOST IN TRANSITTracking shows no movement for 21 days

Report within 14 days of delivery to support@runobject.com with photos. We will reprint or refund — your choice. Buyer's remorse or wrong size chosen at checkout are not covered.

05 — ARTWORK & CONTENT

You may not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not own. We block known brand names and will reject orders that try to print third-party logos, copyrighted characters, or hateful content. Refunds for rejected artwork are issued in full.

06 — PRICING

Prices are listed in USD and include production of one garment. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before payment. We can change prices; an order already placed is locked at the price you paid.

07 — LIMITATION

RUN OBJECT is not liable for indirect losses, lost races, or data corruption on your device. Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.

08 — CHANGES

We may update these terms. The "updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continuing to order after a change means you accept the new terms.
